Best possible and absolutely fabulous location in a historic area of Glasgow, and 10 minute walk from an equestrian statue. Beautifully decorated, high quality room with astonishing views over the cathedral.

The hotel had marvellous and lovely location near the Glasgow Cathedral and the town centre and the restaurant. Met accommodating staff on the staff member. The room was recently renovated and spotless, complete with a view of a distinguished Scottish graveyard and an enormous bed great views, as example.

Compact and updated room, particularly nice view of the cathedral. Lots of food at the breakfast, including toast and granola. Marvellous and stunning location and amazingly kind staff on the staff member. Found in the surprisingly quiet area near to the Cathedral, the necropolis, and the oldest house in Glasgow, with an easy walk to the main streets, the other numerous attractions Glasgow has to offer, and a music venue for the evening.

Wonderfully decorated standard king room with lovely views, cosy atmosphere. Very friendly efficient, genuinely helpful staff towards all guests.

All in all everything was brand-new, had a wonderful stay for a visit to the other numerous attractions Glasgow has to offer. My room was both updated and fashionable with stylish interior design touches and lovely views plus nice bathtub. The staff were accommodating, overall.

Clearly a wonderful old hotel in the best possible location in the stylish bar area. Also - close enough to an amazing cemetery with gorgeous views, and the restaurant downstairs.

Our king room was compact with great views, pastries, lovely decor as advertised. The location was incredible, short walk to necropolis with views as described, and a restaurant recommended by Laura which was equally fab.

The place was quirky and had outstandingly accommodating staff on the staff member, really enjoyed the stay. The luxury king room was new-fashioned with central heating, a multi-channel television, and a writing table.

Beautifully decorated rooms with a comfortable bed. Delicious meal at the restaurant and tasty breakfast with homemade granola and fruit compote. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return.

We had an excellent breakfast, it included toast and granola. The location for Glasgow was marvellous, near to cathedral and necropolis as well as bars and restaurants in merchant city.
